Implement QNX in GRUB

Hi,

i use SuSE Linux 8.2 with the GRUB bootloader. On a second partition i installed QNX Momentics. But I can start QNX only if I use a Bootdisk or the QNX Installation CD. Is there a way to implement QNX into the bootloader? I tried it already but it doesn’t work. I don’t know how to call the QNX boot process.

Thank you for your Help

Doug

Treat it like windoze, I think.

Well, a little searching can’t hurt. GNU was down when I went to find it, so here’s tinyURL of the google cache; tinyurl.com/38d59

Ciao.

Hi evanh an semen,

thank you for your answers. I found this page with google too but i don’t know exactly what they mean. To setup my Grub I use the graphical Interface… Maybe you can give me an example…

in your /boot/grub directory, there should be a menu.lst file which contains your settings. You can just hand edit this file in vi or any editor, and add:

For booting QNX

title QNX
rootnoverify (hd0,1)
makeactive
chainloader +1
Taken directly from haage-partner.de/amigaxl/support-faq-e.html I’ve never used GRUB as it’s overkill for a bootloader (LILO all the way!).

Ciao.

Thank you for your help
