Recently we installed a QNX machine in our softlab@uni. To authentidate users we use samba (for windows) and PAM (un*x). Is there any way to support PAM in QNX. Do you have in mind any other way to add the QNX machine into the domain?

you don’t have a choice: there currently is no mechanizsm to allow a QNX host to authenticate users against an autentication server on the network, no support of pam, nis, nis+, ldap, PDC, etc in qnx. you can only authenticate against local passwd/shadow file. even that, the local shadow file still misses some features (expiration, strength policies, inactivity).
