Keyboard/input problem

I have a weird keyboard/input problem. Say I want to enter text into a text box, I have to click the text box two or three times before QNX will register the input. I have a standard PS/2 mouse. Has anyone else seen this?

Is this with the live CD right after boot-up?

No, this is installed to the hard disk.
