QNX and drive sizes

I have two unix systems, one with a 3.1GB hard drive and the
other with a 6.1 GB hard drive. All other hardware is identical. I
successfully install QNX on both machines. But when I try to run some
custom applications they only run on the 3.1GB hard drive.

Does anyone know why??

Hopefully you mean QNX and not unix. Assuming that you were
able to load both systems with QNX and your application,
and otherwise run things. you
will probably have to look more closely at your application.
Have you tried putting a 3.1GB partition on your 6.1 Gig
drive. This would indicate whether the problem was the
larger hardware, or something related to running your
programs in a big partition.
