Dose anybody know if Qnx 4.24 can work fine with new hard disks types (UDMA
33 and UDMA66)?
I have installed some new PC’s with such disks and from that time I have
problems with database files working on them
(chkfsys finds many bitmap error ofen).

Yes, I know. But dose anybody know that suchh disk can work fine with QNX
4.2x or it is better not to use them?
I just don’t know where bitmap error on new hardware are comming from.

They should all be backward compatible. I said SHOULD.

QNX 4.24 can be used with a UDMA33 Drive without any problems,
however when using QNX with a UDMA66 drive the drive must be
connected using the older style cables (40 pin) to the ATA33
slots on the motherboard. (Thus disabling ATA66 Mode)
