Nettrap

Hi! I am trying to configure and run a database from my machine and when
I try to run the db, it gives the error: communication error. When I
tried to check my network connection, by using the utilities nettrap and
Net.tulip, I get following error:
Send(): Register with net manager failed.

Any suggestions.

nettrap is not meant to “check” network connection it’s mean
to detect the network card and start the driver.

The error message you got means the network manager (Net)
wasn’t started.

do you have any QNX license on board ? (check by licinfo -a)
