Just download the neutrino cd image. I have an adaptec 2940 uw with 2
drives attached which qnx says should have support. When it tries to load
(aha8 I think) it fails and says no such file or directory. Anybody have
success getting this to work??
I have the same problem. I found the following on the QNX web site:
“For upcoming release(Late SUMMER RELEASE 2000) we will only be supporting
IDE as boot device.
Once boot up is complete, you can then mount and use scsi devices.
This limitation will be removed in future releases.”

Actually, even after I installed to an IDE drive, it still refuses to see
and use my Adaptec 2940 SCSI card. Rather annoying.
I have a 2940U2W on my motherboard also known as an AIC-7890.
QNX does not work with it. So, I installed a plain 2940(AIC-7870 I
think) and it works fine.
