I Have encountered this problem on 2 of the 4 machines I’ve tried to run
QNXrtp.exe on - this may help if it happens to you, although I can’t explain
why …
- Begin booting QNX normally (I have DMA enabled).
- At the first opportunity, press the [SPACE BAR] as devices are being
detected. - Select options ‘6BCD’ and then press the [ENTER] key.
From this point forward, you should be able to get beyond the
“installing /dev/par port 378” message and boot normally.
I’m not sure, but I think you really only need to use OPTION B.
Fixed both of my errant machines this way.
