When I installed the QRTP in Windows 98 from QRTP Iso, I met the fault of
error _ins5576 and then InstallShield exit implement with a fatal error. I
know someone else also met this situation, such as Mike, Troy and Pavol.
When I met the problem, at first I doubted whether I had downloaded a
unfully package, but I checked out checksum of the package, it’s 1258028883
95911936 qnxrtp.iso, just same as http://support.qnx.com/support/bok/solution.qnx?10033. I’m very lucky! For
the download, I had spent 5 hours!
Ok, I now had right package, but why I could NOT install it in Win98? Maybe
my Win98 system had some problems that cause QRTP fault? I decided trying to
install QRTP iso CD to another Windows machine, such as Windows ME, Windows
NT, and so on. I try to install it in all Windows system, but no one work. I
must give up the way.
Have other way? Searching…Ok, maybe I can try to install it from floppy.
Makeing a floppy of installation, rebooting, following the instuctions,
everything be O.K. QRTP working!
That’s all my experiences, maybe helpful for someone else.

It seems that none of my windows can lanch that damn’ installshield.
BUT, i have scsi cd’s and didn’t managed to install by booting directly the
cd nor the floppy : my scsi card is correctly detected, but it’s driver
seems not to be on the disk ???
Does someone have any trick to succeed ?
