group item deselect callback ?

Hi folks,
I’d appreciate any thoughts on the following.
I have a project with a group of tab widgets, set up to operate in an
exclusive fashion. In order to indicate which tab is currently
selected, I am required to high-light it in reverse video. This much I
can manage by simply changing the tab’s colour arguments in its own arm
callback function. What I would like to do is subsequently set the
video to normal once the tab is deselected. I can, of course do this
within the call-back to the remaining tab widgets, but this seems a bit
cumbersome. Is there any callback function available when a (exclusive)
group item is deselected ?

Many thanks in anticipation.

Andy

Maybe I don’t understand, but it sounds like you are making
this difficult for yourself. Why not just keep a flag or
flags indicating which tab is selected. Then when a new
tab is selected it will be easy to check which tab should
now be deselected.
