Hi
I have problem with getting my DHCP setup to persist under QNX RTP.
Here is my scenario:
The network card is a 3C509, and it is detected and it works.
If I go into the Netconfig GUI and sets it up to use DHCP it works
fine until I reboot. It then reverts back to fixed IP number.
So in other words DHCP works fine, but every time I reboot I lose my
DHCP setting - it always goes back to fixed IP address.
How do I make it “remember” my selection of DHCP.
Any help is appreciated.

Before you buy.
Look up dhcp.client in helpviewer. There is a recomended script example
at the end. the waitfor line doesn’t work for me though. replace with
a sleep 5 if it doesn’t work for you. Put in /etc/rc.d/rc.local. Dont
forget to chmod og+x or a+x on rc.local.

Thanks Scott,
I was hoping that the netconfig program would make it persist - but
that’s OK,
