If my embedded applications are developed on QNXRTP, will there be much
changes to port over to Neutrino 1.14 platform?
Is the source code for QNXRTP open for developers?

QNXRTP is a combination of (currently) Neutrino v2.1x and Photon v2.x. So,
if you do an embedded application under RTP you will be able to run it
on a machine without photon (assuming you aren’t using photon) that is
just running the Neutrino kernel. That is the whole point of self
hosted development!!!
