After I install Photon 1.0 runtime, then I type “ph”, it said

I can’t guarantee that this will work, but you can try:
ls -al which ph
(note that the s are back quotes, not apostrophes) If the permissions aren't -rwxr-xr-x then you can try (as root user): chmod 755
which ph`
And hopefully this will fix your problem.
