QNX 4.25 installation problem at Process 4d

I am installing QNX 4.25 into a new machine. It runs smoothly until process
4d,
" make b=hard.1 d=Fsys.eide, h=/dev/hd1 t=t77"

some errors happened,
“Unable to buide image: No such file and directories”
“make : *** images/hard.1 Error 1”
“Cmd: make b=hard.1 d=Fsys.eide, Exit value=512, Errno: no error”

After that, installation continue and finish with no other error. Then, it
hang up when I reboot the system and loading the boot image.

Would anyone tell me why?

/dev/hd1, hum that’s odd. It’s usually /dev/hd0.
Please give more information about your hardware setup.
