Anyone tried to Run QNX on IBM ThinkPath ?

Have anyone tried to Run QNX on IBM ThinkPath ?

I have installed it on IBM ThinkPath 1400i series with Intel Celeron MMX
CPU 366MHz, 64Mb and DVD, Installed over Win98. I am very surprised I have
no problems with drivers, but … then in Photon session sometimes I found
my laptop completely frozen with no other way to have it back except of cold
reboot. I’ve tried to change PNP settings and disable some devices - still
the same. After all I found that system is pretty stable then I have a
CD-ROM disk inserted. So I said Yes, it maybe not compatible with that
CD-ROM drive! I have unmounted it, but it keep crashing with no visible
reason. I’ve disabled everything possible, unmounted all disks added another
64M of RAM to be able to run it without any swap, then I wrote small daemon
program which telling me it alive giving a signal to speaker every 1 minute,
because system doesn’t responding to any input then it happen. So I also
found that signal disappeared as well, it mean microkernel not functioning
at all ? I am not talking about stupid examples like control systems on
Nuclear Plants or something like that, but If I found RT(!!!) system in such
condition, that mean at least it very dangerous for some applications, and
some ZhuZhu still living somwhere inside, waiting for his chance to make
someones life little bit more chalenging ). Looks like small hardware
fault (I’ve never seen it in WinNT, or Linux used to be installed installed
on same Laptop thou) can drive system into non-recoverable state ??? Because
of that fact I’ am completely loosing control over the system even if I am
trying to connect to it on serial port make impossible any type of
debugging.

Thanks,

Alexei.
