mig4nto is not a magic procedure and you will have to take care of some of the sutff yourself.
This isn’t easy depending on your program. You could start by removing name.h and kernel.h and see what error you get and go from there. Personnaly I never used the migration tools, rather do it manual and make change to the architecture if needed be.
