Does anyone know if any flavor of QNX supports the ability to perform
video capture and manipulation? I believe under the microsoft enviroment
there are standards such as Video for Windows, TWAIN, and DirectX 8.0. Is
there anything similar under QNX?

it depends on the flavor: for QRTP 2.1 QSSL has announced video
support (as Mitchell writes), but i currently have no information for
which cards / chipsets.
For QNX4 we have developed a driver for Bt848 based cards. Drop me a
mail if you need more information.
