comparative analysis of embedded RTOSs

I was wondering if anyone had, or knew of the existence of, a white
paper, or study, that compares the various features of the various
popular real time RTOSs (vxworks, qnx, psos, Rtlinux, etc.) ? The
application would be an embedded real time communications server type
box. At this point, fairly high level comparisons would be fine.

They mostly quote marketing materials of respective companies, which are
not even entirely true. Techincal specs either omitted or ambiguous in
most cases.
