Hello everybody
I have built the ‘Hello World’ sample application and it runs in phab. When
I double click on it in file manager it does not run. Does phab not produce
full applications?

What did you click on? The executable for the application is several
directories lower than you might think. If your application is called
“my_app”, you’ll likely find the executable in
<some_path>/my_app/src//my_app
where <some_path> is wherever you saved your application, and
is the target platform (e.g. default, gcc_ntox86, …) that you specified
in the Build & Run dialog.
