I’m new to setting up Internet connection in QNX I have a linksys
router connected to a cable modem to which I have no problem
connecting to the internet with windows O/S computers but I cant get
the QNX box to connect. I have all the windows O/S boxes with DHCP and
the router assignes them their IP however the QNX just won’t grab an
IP?!
have you started dhcp(qnx4)? or have you entered the ip of the linksys router in the network cfg under the rtp? On both Qnx4 and rtp you need to specify the dhcp servers ip.
I have one of these routers and it works fine with both flavours of Qnx
