QNX Parallel port EPP

Hi ,
I am using QNX 4.25 and my parallel port driver is dev.par1.Could anyone
tell me if this parallel port supports the Enchanced Parallel Port (EPP)
mode i.e the IEEE 1284 protocol.?

EPP is not the IEEE 1284 protocol. EPP is a hardware
standard. IEEE 1284 is a standard that encompasses the use
of parallel ports. In includes EPP as one of its options,
as well as a software protocol that allows the negotiation
between host and peripherial to obtain an optimal data
transfer mode, which may be EPP.

QSSL relatively recently started shipping a Dev.par driver
that can support EPP, however I do not think that it uses
the IEEE 1284 protocol.
