Sorry to ask such a “newbie” question but I haven’t used QNX yet and I was
searching for an cheap OS that is running on a TI DSP. On the whole site of
QNX I couldn’t find any information, on which CPU it runs!!!
(or I am blind
Q1: So, on which CPUs can I run QNX?
Q2: Does anyone here know any cheap OS/Distro for DSPs? (Linux preferred)
TNX!
(Yes, I already found DSPLinux.)

x86, MIPS, PowerPC, SH4, StrongArm
Upcomming QNX6.1 will support the same processors as QNX Neutrino 2.1.

We just had the folks from QNX at our facility. The current listed CPU’s
are:
x86(>=386), PPC, MIPS, SH4, ARM, StrongARM, Xscale
… I don’t believe they support TI DSP’s or Motorola ColdFire.
