qcc and DOS files

I’m trying to use qcc with DOS files instead of UNIX files and I
always get warnings when using \ in my macro definitions. Is there any
trick I should be aware of?

As a workaround, I used the textto tool in my makefiles to make the
DOS-to-UNIX conversions on the fly but that solution is not very
clean, especially with the header files. I know that normally gcc does
not care about the file format (…on other OS).

Thanks.

cpp is sensitive to these, since the continuation character is
<nl>

rather than

<cr>
