I am looking for a very reduced version of qnx kernel to install on a
machine with 4Mb hdisk and 8Mb edoram. Someone can tell me about a bsp
distribution with this features?

It’s up to you to scale QNX down to what you need. There is a section
in the on-line doc that explains how to do this.
As for the BSP it all depends on what your hardware is.
