Yes, if you are a paying customer, you will have access to commercial area on ftp://quics.qnx.com for QNX 4. BTW, you know that QNX 4 is NOT available for free, right? If you are not interested in the commercial version, you should try QNX 6 instead, which does have a free/eval version.
