4.1 ? I’m not really sure what you mean by installation pack.
QNX 4.1 is not a free product and need to be purchase
through QSSL sales channels.
4.1 is very very old. Current version is 4.25E
Maybe you are talking about 6.1 which is available at
get.qnx.com

You may have to contact QNX. Or maybe someone with QNX 4.1
would be willing to send you the install disks (not sure if that is legal).
I check on the QNX ftp site (old quics stuff) and 4.1 isn’t there,
only and update from 4.1 to 4.11.
