It all depends on the Photon2 feature you required and the amount
of effort your are willing to put in. In very short time I had
Photon & QNX6 running in 32Meg of Flash. I’m sure
it can be reduce even more.

I just notice the title of your post which mention “floppy”.
Putting Photon2 on a floppy would be challenging to
say the least.
