Is there any odbc driver available for sybase enterprise sql server 12.x
on qnx platform ?

You could try to build Unix-ODBC package. I don’t think there’s a readily
available solution.

How? I 'd appreciate if you could show us where we can get some source code
or freeware for building the ODBC.

Have a look at http://www.freetds.org

FreeTDS is an open source implementation of Microsoft/Sybase TDS protocol
used
to communicate between SQL clients and servers.

You’ll need to compile it for QNX since it is a generic UNIX library.
They also support ODBC API.

There are sufficient docs to get started there
