pkginstall and non-local node: HowTo?

In the pkginstall I see the “Target Node” field in File menu.
Currently it is greyed-out.

Is it to tell the pkginstall on what node I’m going to deploy a *.tarx?
Why is it disabled?

FLEET works between theese nodes fine.
