Definitely it does exist on the internet. I got a lot of links just putting “qnx demo disk floppy”
into Google search engine. Here is link for you (in case you have no access to www.google.com)

possible to install it on the hardisk.

No. It is old demo version (based on QNX4). You can download ISO image of latest version (QNX 6.2.1
NC) from get.qnx.com, burn it on CD and install it on the hard disk.

QNX 6.2.1 ISO is something around 237.22 MB. If it’s huge for your internet bandwidth, you can find
QNX 6.1 for installing under Windows into file on FAT partition (28.46 MB), or there is small ISO of
QNX 6.1 CD which includes only base system (28.54 MB) in download section of www.openqnx.com.
and how much of my hard disk will it take to
install it?
It is recommended to have 1GB partition (it is fairly enough in most cases), but you can use much
smaller partition (or file on FAT partition) or bigger, it depends how many tools and additional
software you’re going to install.
