Problem with floppy drive

I have a PC/104 board. My floppy drive works well under DOS but in QNX I
see no file on a floppy disk full of stuff. I can mount the floppy without
error and the drive’s led is flashing. This same floppy disk works well
under another QNX box. I am suspecting my floppy controler to be badly
supported by the driver.

Am I right?
Are there several floppy drivers available? Otherwise, is there a list of
supported hardware I could check at before buying a new controller?

Thank you very much.

Which is the board you are using, is other Qnx box where floppy works is
the having the same board?

It is not the same board. The one working is a desktop PC and the other is
a PC/104. The controler board is from RealTime Devices(part number CMT107).
