What’s a good SCSI adapter for QNX 4.25, I need to buy a new one. I
have used the Adaptec 2940W, but we can’t get these any more.

There is a list of supported SCSI adapters, that you can pick from. Can’t
really recommend one for you (you know what you want not me 
).

Yes, I know about the supported hardware list. But most if not all the
cards in there have been discontinued. Is the Adaptec 19160 supported?
What adaptect cards can I buy that are supported QNX 4.25?

Fsys.sym8scsi supports many off the shelf LSI Logic SCSI controllers.
