Hi,
I just came across a problem. Some of the network cards we use show
different vendor ID’s for the same type of card (prod ID’s are the same). I
was wondering if there was a way to make show_pci (and the rest of the
system) to recognize those different vendor ID’s as one. Like force the
number to be 1234h or something like that. I know the network drivers can
be set to look specifically at the vendor and product IDs but I was looking
to make the rest of the system look at it differently.
