Second driver AHA7SCSI

Hello,

I try DC-390U2B controller with Symbios xxC895 chip
and it work fine, but I can’t to connect SCSI II DAT tape
to this controller. Therefore I must plug second SCSI II
controller. I try AHA-2940AU (Alone It worked ok).

When I start Fsys.aha7scsi fsys -n1=tp aha7scsi -p1 &
I see the message “No space for devices (Fsys)”

Why I can’t to start the second driver, Fsys.eide starts OK?

Gerard

You need to tell the second driver to register itself with a different
name than the default. Try adding “fsys -N somethingelse” to the command
line before the “aha7scsi”.
