I have a client buying this hardware and I am trying to find out if
either the embedded NC31B3 Fast Ethernet NIC PCI 10/100 OR Integrated
Dual Channel Wide Ultra 2 SCSI Adapter(chip set?) are supported in QNX
4.25.
Another on-board network controller I am trying to find support for is
the Intel PRO/100 VM Network Connection.
This stuff is all being integrated/embedded and QNX is having a hard
time keeping up it seems.
Can anyone help?

No, this ethernet controller is not supported. Someone else will have to
comment on the SCSI adapter.

If this is the Intel 82559 chipset, then yes, it is supported. The
output of ‘show_pci -v’ will confirm this.
