qnx installation problem

Hi,
I am having certain problems during installation of qnx.
To describe the scenario…
my comp has 2 seperate hard disks…each of 110 gb…in the first hard disk…“c”…windows is installed.(ntfs file system)
my ‘D’ or the second hard disk is completley empty.
I would like to install qnx without having to delete my windows partition.
i created some free space in my 2nd hard disc:“d”…
-once left the hole disk as unallocated space…
-once by creating around 100 gb of the harddisk as ntfs and the rest 10 gb under fat 32.
but both cases didnt work…
during installation it says could not get partition info from dev/hd0
however when i tried it on my laptop having a hard disk of 30 gb space…i created some unallocated free space and during insallation it detected i managed to install it there…
-i can think of a few reasons for the probem…
—firstly…either the hard disc is too large and qnx is not being able to read it.
–secondly…since i am making free space in my 2nd hard disk…its not even tryin to read that hard disk…do i have to make the first hard disk as a primary master and the second hard disk as my secondary master and then create space on this hard disk…

please suggest me what can be done.

thanking you

I think your best course of action is to make the second disk your primary disk, and install QNX onto that.
