EKit support?

Hi,

Just curious - since Ekit has been discontinued, is is possible to get
support for it? Some of our customers purchased it when it was an
official product, and they still have some problems they want to
solve.

Do you QSSL folks still provide support for Ekit?

Thank you.

we built specific components for specific customer’s needs. and it was done
under oem contract.
if your customer falls into that category and they wish to talk about
some issues then please have them talk with us.
(well, have them talk to us regardless, but you know what i mean).

if you have more details, please post them here or to your support
conference.

Actually not, the case is a bit more of a mess. They have the 4.24
Ekit using which they developed an Efsys driver for a custom board,
but some things went wrong, and now they suspect Ekit’s libs to
misbehave.

I’d be glad to, but here we face what people refer to as the language
barrier  Most of our customers would really frustrate QSSL’s tech
support with their English, and this is where our help comes

Yes I do. I’ve asked the guys for additional diag info, as soon as I
get it, I’ll put it into my QUICS dir (swdstp). Is it OK?
