Hi,
I have downloaded this release of QNX :
QNX Momentics v6.3 Product Evaluation - QNX Neutrino RTOS x86 Host
The livecd is working, but for install i got a problem :
After pre-configuring steps (partitions.bootloader…) the installation start then i have this message :

/proc/boot/dinit -Rhq /dev/hd0t79 : faild (12292 256)

this is the master disk on ide1
the cdrom is master on ide2
I suspect problem with the table partition …
that’s interesting. it should be “4f QNX4.x 3rd part”. try to change it under Linux’ fdisk.
boot back with QNX CD, it should say “you already have a QNX partition” and you can “delete” and let QNX CD recreate it.
HI ’
It was a problem with partitions NOT with the QNX Installer.
I made a new clean disk partition table with a “QNX4.x 3rd part” as type of my first partition (hda1) ond now it’s OK. The disk was a new one so I didn’t lost anything.
Sorry for noise.
