A recent install at a client site required an upgrade to the QNX ‘D’
patch in order to support the network card being used.
Now there are intermittent problems with Dev.par as /dev/par1 and
/dev/par2 fail to load on an inconsistent bases-from a soft/hard reset
or from the command line when loading the driver. I neglected to aquire
the error message being reported when this failure occurs.
I was wonder what the exact changes were with Dev.par in the ‘D’ patch?
I am considering installing an older version of the driver to hopefully
elminate these failures.

There are QNX 4.25 release notes which contain a summary of changes for
all releases at
