Here is the latest snap-shot for upcoming OpenNTPd v3.6.1.p2, it ./configures and makes cleanly.
Gurus are kindly asked to revise the IOV_MAX parameter in UNIX-domain sockets settings, I used the default value == 1024. Not sure if it is OK in QNX4.
