Hi all,
We had a machine lock up the other day and continuously scroll the message
“can’t kill kernel thread”. Where does this message come from? What are
some possible causes?
I don’t have the machine in front of me, but I think it is running Proc
4.25H
Often it’s because a process is _PPF_INFORM’d but is not
replying to death messages quick enough.

A “sin flags” says that only Proc has the inform flag set
