fbackup Access Needed

My QNX machine finally died and the company has moved onto Linux. I am
looking for a utility or something that will allow me access to some backup
images created with ‘fbackup’. Either a DOS, Win9X, or Linux method would
be great. If I have to I will purchase another machine and install QNX on
it if I can still find the original disks, but can’t really afford the
time. HELP!

You’re talking about the QNX2 fbackup? I don’t think any utility
exists to read QNX2 fbackup disks from another OS. I don’t think
fbackup even made the QNX2->QNX4 transition.

Actually there was a copy of fbackup as part of the mig24 utility
set.

Is the mig24 utility set part of QNX4 or something available for
another OS?

It is a migration package for QNX2 to QNX4. It isn’t shipped with
QNX4, but my understanding is that it was a freely available supplementary
package for QNX4.
