PCI card with P4 processor in qnx4

Hi ,
Is there any difference between the p3 and p4 processors accessing
PCI card in qnx 4.25?
Is there any settings to be done in the BIOS of p4 processor in order to
access the PCI card?

Plz help me regarding the above.
