have QNX 4.25 an size limit for harddrives? Is the size limit of the BIOS
also the size limit for QNX ?

You have to have later then 425E(I think) for it to recognize over an 8gig
drive.

Over approximately 40GB you need to specify option -H for Fsys in boot

Don’t forget that bootable partition has to be under 1024 cylinder,
so to use all disk in one partition, you need to create small partition
containing boot from the large partition.
