I’m doing a ping flood via a network that is using a custom network driver
hooked in the OS via Net.fd. It appears that Net.fd will not process read
request when flooded with Tx Request. I came to that conclusion after
noticing Net.fd had the same number of outstandig proxy then the number of
packet my driver has queued.
