About login names and passwords setting

Hi, do you guys know how to set passwords and login names to neutrino?

And how do we set a password for root (admin guy)?

1.- Write passwd, and press enter key,
2.- and write your password (characters of your code).
3.- After that, you will need to confirm it.

Be carefull, because any key (also key space) it is a character , and it will be taking like part of the password.
