is it possible to install RTP without windows?

i don;t really want windows on my machine so its rather a hassle to have to
install it before installing RTP. is there any way to install RTP without
windows?

If you have QNX4 you can use the qnxrtp.tar.F file, else you can download
the qnxrtp.iso image and burn a CD with which you may install into it’s
own partition.
