Soundblaster Pro Compatible Card

Hi,

I have an opportunity to purchase a SoundBlaster pro compatible sound card
with a ESS Technologies ES 1868/1869 chip. Is this chip supported? I know
there is a driver for SoundBlaster pro compatibles audio cards, but I’ve
heard some problems with different chips.

This card will not work with the deva-sb driver.
The SB-Compatible mode is not its default.
