Dear Sirs
A few number of weeks ago I posted a message to the newsgroup saying that
I am unable to run PHOTON on my IBM Thinkpad A20p laptop. Upon issuing
the command ‘ph’ from ‘rtp’ the computer simply hung up.
One of the software engineer from QNX kindly replied, saying that no
drivers
are currently available for flat panel displays. He also said that he has
ordered
some hardware, and he will be writing appropriate driver for flat panel
display
once the hardware arrive.
I would greatly appreciate if this gentleman or some other software engineer
from
QNX let me know progress in this direction.
I am literally stuck by not being able to use PHOTON.

…by flat panal do you mean your typical laptop screen?
if so, these are fine with QNXRTP; IBM or otherwise.
now, your needed drivers for that screen are another question…
