Initial Configuration of Mouse and missing tools?

I just installed qnxrtp after downloading the 24M file from the
Internet. I’m temporarily booting qnxrtp from a floppy and I’m
interrupting the boot process to prevent Photon from starting
because my old Bus Mouse is not being detected.

To resolve the mouse problem, I want to attempt to add the file
/etc/config/trap/input.

as I have read about it in this newsgroup and in the online qnx help
files. I’m assuming that this will allow inputtrap will find the bus
mouse during the boot process. I have been attempting to test this
by manually using “input” and inputtrap query, but none of these
commands appears to be available.
sh: inputtrap: not found

I’m running as root. Am I missing something?

Also, I thought that I might have to change something on the boot
floppy, so I have been attempting to mount it. I can mount it, but
when I try to list the files, using “ls /mnt/floppy” I get an
Input/output error, and the floppy light just stays on.

The online documentation tells me that I need to have Fsys.floppy &
running, but when I attempt to execute this command, I just
receive another “not found” message.

Any help that you might provide would be apreciated.

Bus mice are not supported at all under RTP, and we have no plans to
support them.
